Our DDA Policy

Carpenter Box is working to making sure that it meets the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act.  Because of the difficulty of adapting our buildings, due to their age, we have a policy of visiting disabled clients at no extra cost, should they so wish.  Please see below for further information.

Wheelchair Users

We are currently working on improving our Disability Access Policy by planning for the installation of wheelchair and threshold ramps at our Grafton Lodge site (15 Grafton Road, Worthing BN11 1QR).  Unfortunately,  due to the age and design of all of our offices we are only able to make a limited number of improvements to help with access and we are unable to make provision for fully compliant disabled toilet facilities.  We will however be able to offer a ground floor meeting room for wheelchair users in the near future.

Visitors and Clients with Limited Mobility

For clients with limited mobility our Grafton Lodge facilities are already adequate.  If possible, please let us know in advance if you have limited mobility.  We will then make sure the necessary facilities are at hand.
