At Carpenter Box we are familiar with the key drivers that point to the success or otherwise of a target business. We seek to identify at an early stage, the issues likely to impact on the successful conclusion of a deal. Where we do identify problems, we try to provide a pragmatic commercial solution rather than to automatically take the view that the transaction must fail.
The process includes the gathering, analysis and interpretation of various types of information – financial, commercial, legal and marketing information. Where appropriate, we will consult with other trusted specialists to cover discrete areas outside of our normal expertise.
