Our Terms and Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions are issued as part of our Engagement Process and consist of three parts. These are:

(1) Letter of Engagement - this provides general information about the team, how the assignment will be dealt with, and the fee;

(2) Terms of Business - this document details the basis of the contract between us;

(3) Service Schedule - this details the specific services that we will provide. When you ask us to do additional work for you (processing your payroll, for instance), we will send you a short letter with an additional Service Schedule.
