New trainees welcomed at Carpenter Box!

A warm welcome

Every academic year, the Carpenter Box recruitment team hosts a drive for trainee positions across our offices in WorthingCrawley and Brighton, with 21 trainees joining over the previous 12 months. We currently employ a grand total of 43 trainees at the firm, making up more than 20% of the overall workforce.

Eight of the trainees have chosen to follow the path of studying for the Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) qualifications, with eight opting for the Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualification. We have three trainees going for a Chartered Tax Adviser (ACA/CTA) joint pathway and two studying for the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) qualification.
