New trainees welcomed at Carpenter Box!
A warm welcome
Every academic year, the Carpenter Box recruitment team hosts a drive for trainee positions across our offices in Worthing, Gatwick and Brighton, with 21 trainees joining over the previous 12 months. We currently employ a grand total of 43 trainees at the firm, making up more than 20% of the overall workforce.
Eight of the trainees have chosen to follow the path of studying for the Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) qualifications, with eight opting for the Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualification. We have three trainees going for a Chartered Tax Adviser (ACA/CTA) joint pathway and two studying for the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) qualification.
University graduates Alex Paddley and Shaha Choudhury, and undergraduate Farhan Nibrash, joined the firm with no previous experience in the finance industry. They joined the Business Services team in the Worthing office on Monday 6 September.
Also joining the Business Services team in the last year are Alex Williams, Jack Searle, Lewis Castello, Jack Gingles and Emma Wright. Over in Audit and Assurance are Matt Roberts and Richard Bolden, Charlie Yanez, Christine Tagaully and Jack Botrill. The Tax Services team have welcomed Mahfuj Kalam and Sara Williams.
In Gatwick Isobel Alvino and Oliver Wild have joined the Audit team with Hannah Johnston and Kush Limbachia joining Tax Services.
Over in Brighton, Charlie Marshall and Jack Butcher have been welcomed into the Business Services team.
How Tabitha did it

Welcome and good luck to all our new trainees!
