Division: Audit and Assurance Services
Location: Gatwick

We are looking for a candidate to join our Corporate Finance team based in our Gatwick office. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to grow and develop our corporate finance offering as part of this new exciting role. The role will involve working in our other offices from time to time.

The role includes:
  • Building our corporate finance offering by attending marketing events and liaising with fee-earners regarding opportunities with our current clients
  • Assisting with valuation work and drafting associated reports
  • Undertaking forensic accounting work and drafting of expert witness reports
  • Leading the onsite work in connection with diligence exercises. Drafting reports on findings
  • Co-ordinate company secretarial work regarding corporate finance engagements
  • Conducting research on potential purchasers
  • Running data rooms and compiling information required for a transaction
  • Maintain MHA business for sale / wanted lists for the Firm
  • Maintaining Experian listings for the Firm
  • Co-ordinate senior management team (SMT) and business development (BD) meetings with introducers
  • Co-ordinate the production and maintenance of corporate finance marketing materials by liaising with the marketing department.
Skills required:
  • A genuine passion to deliver a high level of customer services
  • ACCA or ACA qualified
  • The ability¬†and confidence to write complex reports
  • The ability to use initiative
  • The ability to understand and analyse information presented in a variety of formats
  • Networking experience desirable or the confidence to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively
  • The ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Exceptional attention to detail
