Junior Administrator – Business Services

For any business, it is vital that clients’ accounts are organized and dealt with in a timely manner. To help support our accountants, we are currently recruiting for a Junior Administrator to work in our Worthing office. The role is a varied role that would suit an individual who works in an efficient and organised manner, is a confident communicator and has a high level of accuracy.  This is a permanent full-time role working Monday to Friday working within a small administration team that support the Business Services Group.

  • Previous experience of working in an office environment would be desirable
The role would include:
  • Administration support for Partners, Directors and Fee Earners which includes organising diaries, processing expenses and booking meetings
  • Providing company secretarial work for specific Partners
  • Providing support regarding billing and printing reports
  • Answering internal and external calls
  • Producing standard letters and new client forms
  • Co-ordinating incoming and outgoing post as necessary
  • Uploading, printing and posting accounts to clients
  • Compiling confirmation statements and company secretarial work when needed
  • General administration including, scanning, collating, binding, filing and photocopying
  • Providing administration support in connection with the Tax investigation Enquiry Scheme
