Trainee Marketing Assistant

Division: Practice Support Group
Location: Worthing

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has now arisen for a Marketing Assistant to support our busy marketing team based in our Worthing office.

We are seeking an ambitious and creative individual with digital marketing skills to support the day-to-day marketing operations across the firm. The Marketing Assistant will also work with Human Resources to support internal communications across all offices.

Responsibilities for this role include:
  • Supporting the firm’s busy events schedule
  • Updating website content across various sites, including blogging and other content creation
  • Assisting with the management of social media activity
  • Undertaking market research
  • Managing the customer database
  • Administrative maintenance including content calendar, monitoring results and meeting notes
  • Supporting the internal communications strategy, including Intranet maintenance
  • Any other tasks as directed
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Have some marketing, events and/or administrative experience (preferably in the professional services or financial sector)
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess excellent organisational skills
  • Be comfortable creating digital content
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Be confident working on their own and as part of a team, and using their initiative
  • Be happy to take on new challenges
