Location: Worthing

We are looking for a full time Administrator to join our Practice Support Team based in our Worthing office. This is a varied role that involves a combination of HR support, administration and communicating with our clients.

The role includes:

HR Administration:
  • Supporting the HR team to ensure the employees journey is seamless
  • Supporting the recruitment of new employees by tracking applications, arranging interviews and contacting referees.
  • Contacting line managers to gain feedback for new employees in their probation period
  • Generating reports for holiday and TOIL
  • Scanning and filing of contracts and other HR related administration
  • Ensuring employees electronic files are updated where necessary
  • Updating the employee database with new starters details and holidays  
Processing Incoming Post:
  • Working 2 mornings a week processing incoming post, by scanning and coding the documents and distributing them to the fee earners.
  • Filing of scanned documents to the fee earners files
  • Ensuring we stay GDPR compliant regarding the retention of documents


  • Cover holiday and sickness of the reception team
  • Meeting and greeting clients with a warm welcome
  • Answering the phone in a warm, confident and happy manner
  • Diary management of the meeting rooms
  • Ensuring all post, parcels are accurately processed in a timely manner

Skills Required:

  • Accurate written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic IT literacy but willing to learn new applications
  • A friendly and approachable manner
  • The ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Organised
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A genuine passion to deliver a high level of customer service
  • Maintain confidentiality
