David Crowter
David is a Partner and has spent 25 years advising individuals and privately owned companies. He delights in cutting through complexity and has built a reputation for delivering pragmatic tax advice.
He has strong experience advising clients on corporate finance-related transactions, staff rewards, including equity reward arrangements, tax relief for capital expenditures, tax relief for research and development, tax planning for property investors, property transactions, a wide variety of EIS and SEIS-related matters, IHT planning, and tax tribunal hearings.
David leads the firm’s Estate Planning team, which helps clients to build, protect and pass on their wealth.
Outside the office
David lives in Shoreham-by-Sea, and most of his time outside of work is spent with his highly energetic young family.
