Josh Hough

Josh joined Carpenter Box in December 2025 after a career in sales and business development across commercial property and the automotive sectors. Josh has worked with a wide range of SMEs building long term relationships and looks forward to bringing his skills to the professional services sector. He is passionate about understanding people’s needs and connecting them with the right solutions. 

Outside the office

Josh plays rugby, enjoys travelling- including a recent 7-month trip across Southeast Asia and likes to unwind with a few games of chess.
