Rachel Pearce
Rachel has over 10 years’ experience in corporate and personal taxation and was previously the youngest Chartered Tax Adviser in the UK. Her experience includes tax planning for owner managed businesses and investors on issues such as acquisitions and disposals, company reorganisations and succession planning.
Rachel’s specialisms include all property related taxes, including SDLT, and she spends a significant amount of time advising clients in the construction and real estate sector.
Outside the office
Rachel enjoys spending time with her two young sons, playing piano and practicing yoga.
