Tim Dockerill

Tim began his career at Carpenter Box as a trainee accountant and progressed through a series of finance and operational roles, including Senior Financial Controller, before moving into his current position as Operations Director. A qualified accountant with experience across both the private sector and the charity environment, he brings a strong blend of financial expertise, operational leadership, and people management to the firm.

In his current role, Tim is involved in a number of core operational areas, including payroll, administration, facilities, and M&A integration. He plays a central role in coordinating systems and operations across multiple offices, ensuring the business runs efficiently and that teams are equipped to deliver an excellent client experience.

Outside the office

Tim enjoys spending time outdoors with his young family and is passionate about sport and fitness, particularly football, road cycling, and mountain biking. He also loves woodworking and hands-on projects that allow him to be creative.
