Carpenter Box Promotions: October 2025

October brought another round of well-deserved promotions across Carpenter Box. This is a great reflection of the hard work and dedication shown by our team. Our latest promotions include a new Client Service Director, a new Senior Manager, two new Managers, a new Assistant Manager and a new Finance Manager.

Our new Client Service Director

Congratulations to Jordan Abbott who has been promoted to Client Service Director in our Audit and Assurance team. Based in our Chichester office, Jordan specialises in the housing association, charity, and not-for-profit sectors. He has worked with not-for-profit clients throughout his career and is deeply involved with our housing association clients as well, overseeing audits, accounts preparation, grant audits, and advisory work. Jordan also serves as a Trustee of the Carpenter Box Foundation.

A new Senior Manager in StarBox

Reece Jordan has been promoted to Senior Manager within StarBox, our creative and media offering. As a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant, Reece supports a diverse range of SMEs. His expertise extends beyond accounting, he helps businesses interpret their data strategically, identifying key strengths and areas for improvement. Reece works closely with clients, often in the media and entertainment sectors, to develop solutions that align with their business and financial goals.

Congratulations to our 2 new Managers

We’re also celebrating two new Managers: Arran Osborne and Ben Summers have been promoted to Manager in our Audit and Assurance and Outsourced Finance Function teams.

Arran joined Carpenter Box in 2019 as an Audit trainee. He now supports a wide range of clients with services including internal audits and financial reporting.

Since joining in 2019, Ben has gained experience across multiple departments and achieved his ACCA qualification in 2023. He focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, offering day-to-day support, and preparing detailed management accounts and reports for his varied client portfolio.

A Finance Manager and a new Assistant Manager

A big congratulations to Liesa Smith who has been made Finance Manager within the Business Services group.

Finally, there’s also exciting news within our Audit and Assurance team, where Matt Roberts has been promoted to Assistant Manager. Matt is responsible for preparing and auditing financial statements (FRS 102 & FRS 105), cash flow forecasting, managing corporate tax return collation, and all aspects of financial reporting and tagged account submission.
