Carpenter Box promotions: January 2026

Carpenter Box started 2026 by recognising a number of well-deserved promotions across the company. Our recent promotions include a new Client Service Director, Associate Director, four Managers and an Audit Senior.

Our new Client Service Director

Many congratulations to Andrew Le Fevre who has been promoted to Client Service Director working in our Audit and Assurance team, specialising in audit and financial reporting. He is now taking on responsibility for overseeing the firm’s students and trainees, supporting them as they work toward their professional accountancy qualifications.

A new Associate Director

Mason King has been promoted to Associate Director, working across our StarBox Services Group and Tax Services Group. His work includes advising on group reorganisations, international residency changes and Capital Gains Tax. He is also the tax team’s crypto asset specialist, supporting clients with crypto asset record-keeping and the tax reporting of gains and income.

Congratulations to our four new Managers

Congratulations to Azka Khurshid and Kate Scrivins, who were promoted to Manager in our Tax Services Group. Azka, based in Crawley, works closely with our International Services Group. She advises on corporate residence, withholding taxes, offshore holding structures, transfer pricing requirements and documentation. Kate joined us in July 2025 and works in our private client tax team based in our Worthing office.

We are also proud to announce Dean Backstrom and Jack Searle have been promoted to Managers in our Business Services Group. Both Dean and Jack joined Carpenter Box as trainee accountants and have progressed following the completion of their final ACCA exams.

Welcome to our new Audit Senior

Finally, a huge congratulations to Neil Nayee. Neil has progressed to Audit Senior and works in our Audit and Assurance team based in our Crawley office.
